This project involved the installation of a brand-new seawall and small dock along a freshwater waterfront in Boynton Beach, Florida. The site presented unique challenges, including dense vegetation that had to be carefully removed prior to construction.
Given the calm, freshwater conditions and relatively low shoreline exposure, the team installed a Truline Hybrid Seawall with a concrete cap, combining the durability of reinforced concrete with the low-maintenance benefits of vinyl panel protection. This type of corrugated seawall system is an ideal, cost-effective solution for properties without tall exposure or rough water, providing reliable shoreline protection while remaining budget-conscious.
The addition of the small dock complements the new seawall, providing safe and functional access to the water while enhancing the property’s usability and aesthetic appeal. This project highlights APH’s ability to deliver durable, tailored waterfront solutions even in sites requiring significant prep work and vegetation removal.
